Training Developer Specialist

📋 Description

• • The Training Developer Specialist will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for the Department of the Air Force’s Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) Program, focusing on a Hardware and Software Asset Management (ITAM) solution built on the ServiceNow® Platform, supporting over 2M devices.
• • Day to day, the role involves building multi-modal learning strategies (blended, microlearning, gamification), developing instructor-led and virtual training modules, creating eLearning courses using Adobe Creative Cloud, Captivate, Camtasia, and Snagit, designing job aids and assessments, translating technical ITAM concepts into accessible content, managing LMS content, and facilitating training sessions for diverse audiences including end users, IT, finance, and executives.
• • The role is part of CACI’s high-performing, matrix-oriented Organizational Change Management (OCM) Team, which drives adoption and utilization of ITAM capabilities across the Air Force, ensuring proficiency and maximizing ROI through strategic training initiatives.
• • The person will gain deep expertise in instructional design for technical audiences, advance skills in adult learning principles and Agile methodologies, become a subject matter expert in ITAM and ServiceNow®, and contribute to national defense missions by enabling effective use of critical asset management systems across the Department of the Air Force.
