• • The Training Experience Specialist at Red Hat drives customer success by engaging with assigned customers to understand their learning goals and maximize the value of their learning subscriptions and Training Units (TUs).
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing renewal strategies, identifying customer advocates, analyzing engagement data, managing inbound and outbound leads, designing upsell campaigns, promoting Open Enrolment training courses, collaborating with product and sales teams, and generating reports on renewal metrics.
