- • As a Training & Onboarding Specialist, you will guide customers from their first login to becoming confident users.
- • You will run onboarding programs, lead client training sessions, and create resources that make adoption simple and repeatable.
- • This role is ideal for someone who has worked in marketing operations or customer success, is comfortable with SQL and Python, and enjoys teaching others how to use new tools.
- • Deliver customer onboarding and training programs for enterprise clients.
- • Lead workshops and cohorts that help teams master workflows.
- • Translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for marketing users.
- • Build and refine enablement playbooks to ensure long-term adoption.
- • Support clients with CRM workflows, campaign automation, and reporting (HubSpot or similar).
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years in marketing operations, onboarding, or enablement, ideally in SaaS or agency environments.
- • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot or other CRM/automation platforms.
- • Proficiency in SQL and Python (required).
- • Strong communication skills and experience running client-facing training or workshops.
- • Understanding of SEO and content marketing.
- • Passion for teaching, enabling, and helping clients succeed.
