- • The Transaction Management Associate supports Zillow Home Loans by managing operational processes that enable the seamless sale of loans, directly contributing to Zillow’s mission of making home a reality for more people.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting the Capital Markets team with loan sale development, coordinating with trade desks and loan delivery teams, troubleshooting transaction issues, reconciling investor purchase advice, managing note release and certification processes, and serving as a liaison between Zillow Home Loans and servicing buyers.
- • The Transaction Management team is integral to streamlining real estate transactions and operates within Zillow Group, a company recognized as a FORTUNE 100 Best Company to Work For and a PEOPLE Companies That Care® honoree in 2025.
- • This role offers the opportunity to grow expertise in capital markets, loan operations, and financial reconciliation while developing analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience
- • Experience working with Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset (ULDD)
- • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills
- • High proficiency in MS Office applications
- • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, data-driven organization
