• Anovium is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full Stack Python FastAPI React Engineer to spearhead a critical project focused on rebuilding a Transportation Management System (TMS) for one of our key clients. This is a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated pod of engineers, driving the technical vision and execution of a complex, impactful system within the logistics sector. As a Lead Engineer at Anovium, you will be instrumental in transforming operations through intelligent innovation, leveraging your deep expertise in full-stack development to deliver practical, measurable business outcomes.
• In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding a team of talented engineers through the entire software development lifecycle, from initial concept and architecture design to implementation, testing, and deployment. Your leadership will be crucial in breaking down complex business requirements into manageable sub-problems, assigning tasks effectively, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. You will act as the technical anchor for the pod, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• The core of your work will involve the end-to-end development of a modern Transportation Management System. • Proven experience leading full-stack engineering teams, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
• Expertise in Python and experience with modern Python web frameworks, particularly FastAPI.

• Demonstrated experience or strong understanding of the logistics, transportation, or distribution industry.
