- • Participate in treasury operations focused on liquidity management across APAC markets to support dLocal’s global payment expansion in emerging economies.
- • Engage in foreign exchange trading and hedging activities to mitigate currency risk for cross-border transactions involving 40+ countries.
- • Manage cash flow operations including payment processing, reconciliation, and monitoring of bank account positions across multiple jurisdictions.
- • Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions and banking partners to ensure seamless fund movement and operational efficiency.
- • Support payment operations critical to enabling global merchants to collect and disburse funds in emerging markets through dLocal’s merchant-of-record model.
- • Analyze financial market trends and liquidity needs to optimize cash positioning and reduce funding costs in APAC regions.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, risk, compliance, and product to align treasury activities with business growth objectives.
- • Work within a global team of 1000+ professionals from 30+ nationalities to deliver scalable treasury solutions for fintech operations.
- • Respond to dynamic financial conditions in emerging markets by adapting treasury strategies to local regulatory, banking, and currency environments.
- • Contribute to the development of treasury processes and controls that support dLocal’s rapid international scaling and compliance requirements.
- • Leverage analytical skills to assess liquidity risks, forecast cash needs, and recommend hedging strategies based on real-time market data.
- • Operate in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where treasury decisions directly affect merchant conversion rates and payment success.
- • Gain exposure to digital assets and cross-border payment innovations as dLocal expands its financial infrastructure across APAC.

- • Proven experience in treasury operations, liquidity management, or cash management within a fintech or financial services environment
- • Demonstrated expertise in foreign exchange trading, hedging strategies, and currency risk management
- • Experience working with banking relationships and payment operations across APAC markets
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends to inform treasury decisions
- • Familiarity with cross-border payments, digital assets, or emerging market financial systems
- • Preference for candidates based in APAC regions
