📋 Description

• • As a Commercial Title Examiner at First American Financial Corporation, you will play a vital role in ensuring large-scale real estate transactions close smoothly and securely by analyzing public records, verifying ownership, and identifying title issues for office buildings, multi-property portfolios, and other commercial real estate.
• • Day to day, you will manage complex commercial title projects, search and examine data across counties and jurisdictions, verify legal property descriptions, review deeds, liens, leases, and easements, summarize findings into title commitments and reports, resolve discrepancies through research, and collaborate with underwriters and internal partners to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
