- • Support the end-to-end execution of user-generated content (UGC) campaigns from creator sourcing to final content delivery
- • Search for, vet, and initiate outreach to creators based on campaign-specific criteria such as audience demographics, content style, and platform performance
- • Manage daily communication with creators, including scheduling, reminders, follow-ups, and addressing questions or concerns to maintain consistent engagement
- • Track creator progress against campaign milestones and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and according to brief requirements
- • Proactively identify and flag delays, missed deadlines, communication breakdowns, or non-compliant content to UGC Managers before they impact campaign timelines
- • Provide regular updates to UGC Managers on campaign status, blockers, and key developments to ensure transparency and timely decision-making
- • Review submitted creator content for basic compliance with brand guidelines, format specifications, and deliverable requirements before escalating for approval
- • Maintain and update internal operational systems including ClickUp, production boards, and creator databases to ensure accurate, real-time campaign tracking
- • Support the onboarding process for new creators, including distributing agreements, collecting necessary documentation, and coordinating payment information
- • Collaborate closely with UGC Managers to align on campaign goals, adjust workflows as needed, and ensure high-quality, on-brand content is delivered consistently
- • Operate independently in a fast-paced, remote environment while maintaining high standards of organization, accuracy, and responsiveness
- • Adapt quickly to new tools, platforms, and processes as campaign needs evolve across multiple brands and markets
- • Demonstrate strong attention to detail when managing multiple campaigns simultaneously without compromising quality or timelines
- • Follow established operational procedures while also proactively seeking clarification when ambiguities arise to prevent errors or miscommunication
- • Contribute to a collaborative team culture by sharing insights, supporting peers, and maintaining a solutions-oriented mindset
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- • Prior experience in UGC or influencer marketing campaigns is highly preferable
- • Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and platforms
- • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
