  • • This UGC Video Creator role is essential for amplifying Radial Health Campaign’s mission to inform individuals living with treatment-resistant depression about FDA-cleared alternatives like TMS and Spravato. By creating authentic, relatable short-form videos, you’ll help bridge the gap between innovative mental health treatments and the people who need them most—using your voice to normalize conversations around care that goes beyond traditional antidepressants.
  • • Your work will directly support a national mental health initiative by producing credible, emotionally resonant content that feels like a trusted friend sharing valuable information—not a corporate ad—thereby increasing awareness and reducing stigma around advanced depression treatments.
  • • You will film two UGC-style vertical videos (under 60 seconds each), one focused on TMS and one on Spravato, based on a detailed creative brief provided by Matchnode Inc. Each video must be shot in 9:16 aspect ratio with a 4:5 MOV variant, delivered in 1080p minimum resolution, and submitted via the Matchnode UGC Creators portal.
  • • Before filming, you’ll receive and approve a full script to ensure alignment with campaign messaging, tone, and compliance standards—allowing you to maintain creative authenticity while meeting brand and medical accuracy requirements.
  • • You’ll deliver both videos within 7–10 days of receiving the brief, with up to two revision rounds included to refine content based on feedback, ensuring final outputs meet quality and strategic goals before approval.
  • • As a UGC creator, you’ll join a mission-driven network of content makers who prioritize mental health advocacy, working with Matchnode Inc. to support Radial’s outreach to underserved populations seeking effective, insurance-covered depression treatments.
  • • This role offers the opportunity to deepen your impact in the wellness and mental health space by using your on-camera presence to educate and empower others—potentially influencing help-seeking behavior and increasing access to life-changing treatments.
  • • You’ll gain experience in health-focused content creation, including navigating sensitive topics with empathy, adhering to medical advertising guidelines, and producing platform-optimized vertical video for maximum engagement on social channels like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Demonstrated experience creating UGC-style content, particularly in mental health, wellness, or health education niches.
  • • Comfortable and authentic on camera with a conversational, relatable delivery style—no overly scripted or performative tone.
  • • Based in the United States with reliable access to filming equipment capable of producing 1080p vertical video.
  • • Ability to follow a creative brief, incorporate feedback, and deliver revised versions within timelines.
  • • Personal experience with depression or treatment-resistant depression is a strong plus but not required.
  • • Portfolio or content samples must be submitted for review to assess fit for the campaign’s tone and authenticity.
