đź“‹ Description
- • As a UI UX Specialist for our Salesforce Federal Delivery practice, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience for mission-critical solutions delivered to federal agencies. This is a unique opportunity to operate at the forefront of cloud technology, specifically within Salesforce and Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments, ensuring that our offerings are not only technologically advanced but also exceptionally intuitive, accessible, and compliant with stringent federal regulations.
- • You will be empowered to lead the design and implementation of user experiences that meet and exceed the demanding requirements of federal clients. This includes a deep commitment to Section 508 compliance, ensuring that all interfaces are accessible to individuals with disabilities. Your role will involve a proactive approach to problem-solving, identifying potential user experience challenges and developing innovative solutions that enhance usability and effectiveness.
- • A core aspect of your responsibility will be the architecture of interfaces within both Salesforce and AWS. You will manage the end-to-end design process for UI components, ensuring that all solutions are user-centric, maintainable, and prepared for rigorous audits. This requires a holistic view of the user journey and the technical underpinnings that support it.
- • Driving the accessibility testing and validation process is paramount. You will coordinate closely with internal development and consulting teams, as well as federal stakeholders, to navigate complex security and usability assessments. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our solutions pass all required compliance checks and meet the highest standards of accessibility.
- • As a Design Engineer, you will leverage advanced prototyping and wireframing tools to visualize intricate data flows. This will span across key Salesforce clouds such as Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable design specifications.
- • You will serve as a key mentor, providing essential UX/UI guidance and disseminating best practices to our development and consulting teams throughout the entire project lifecycle. Your insights will help elevate the design maturity of our teams and ensure consistent, high-quality user experiences across all projects.
- • Maintaining and applying expert knowledge of the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) is critical. You will also need to be deeply familiar with federal design standards, ensuring that our solutions align with both platform best practices and governmental requirements.
- • This role demands a strategic thinker who can align creative design solutions with the specific business objectives and operational needs of federal agencies. You will be a key player in defining how federal agencies interact with and benefit from Salesforce and AWS cloud environments, making a tangible impact on their ability to achieve their missions.
- • The position offers a hybrid work model, based in the US with a focus on the DC Metro Area. While remote work is supported, in-person engagement will be necessary for client visits, Salesforce office interactions, and visits to our Thunder offices in Tysons Corner, VA. This blend ensures both flexibility and essential face-to-face collaboration.
- • This is a contingent role, dependent on a successful bid award, offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a winning team from the ground up. You will be joining a company that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth, particularly within the dynamic federal consulting space.
- • Your work will directly influence the success of our federal practice, contributing to the development of solutions that are not only functional but also user-friendly and compliant. You will be at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge cloud technologies with the unique demands of government IT, ensuring our clients receive the best possible user experience.
- • We are looking for a visionary individual who is eager to take ownership, drive design excellence, and contribute to the strategic direction of our federal offerings. If you are passionate about creating impactful user experiences and thrive in a challenging, collaborative environment, this role is an exceptional opportunity to grow your career and make a significant difference.
