- • As an Underwriting Product Consulting Director on the Global Product Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and governing CNA’s Workers’ Compensation portfolio, ensuring underwriting standards, pricing strategies, and product innovations align with corporate goals and regulatory requirements.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with senior management to approve complex underwriting language and pricing, develop and implement underwriting guidelines, analyze product line profitability, lead cross-functional product development initiatives, and mentor junior underwriters while representing CNA in industry forums.
- • You will join CNA Financial Corporation, a leading provider of commercial property and casualty insurance, where the Global Casualty Product team oversees high-complexity Workers’ Compensation solutions across diverse industries including Construction, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Technology.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in loss-sensitive and guaranteed cost Workers’ Compensation products, enhance your leadership and strategic influence across Legal, Claims, Actuarial, and Risk Control teams, and drive profitable growth through data-informed underwriting innovation and mentorship.
