- • As a Philippine-based US Accountant with real estate expertise, you will support fast-growing US companies, brokerages, and CPA firms by turning financial chaos into clarity through accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations, and insightful reporting.
- • You will manage end-to-end accounting operations for real estate clients, including processing HUD statements and commissions, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements with variance analysis, and supporting client onboarding by establishing structured bookkeeping processes.
- • You will collaborate with US-based teams via Slack, Zoom, or Teams, translating complex financials into actionable guidance while proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
- • You will standardize workflows, implement SOPs, recommend automation tools, maintain audit-ready documentation, and ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance support.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- • 3+ years of US accounting or bookkeeping experience, preferably with real estate clients.
- • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required); familiarity with Xero, Bill.com, or other AP/AR automation tools is a plus.
- • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (including lookups and pivots) and basic reporting/BI capabilities.
- • Strong command of English (written and spoken) for client-facing communication and service orientation.
- • Ownership mentality: organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple clients with accuracy.
- • Comfortable working US business hours due to time-zone alignment requirements.
