📋 Description

• As a US Tax Preparer (Latin America), you will be the foundation of every clean tax return, preparing federal and state filings across major entity types and ensuring returns are review-ready on the first pass.
• You will own the preparation stage of a two-step tax workflow, building complete and well-documented 1040s, 1120s, 1120-S, and 1065s, requesting missing documents from clients, collaborating with U.S.-based teammates on tax treatments, and maintaining organized workpapers for seamless review.
• You will join CAS, a company that invests in professionals building real careers serving U.S. clients, offering permanent remote work, full equipment, and structured support—not a gig platform or freelance marketplace.
• You will develop expertise in U.S. tax preparation across entity types, strengthen client communication and documentation practices, master Drake tax software and internal platforms, and grow into a trusted preparer whose work requires minimal reviewer markup.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience preparing U.S. tax returns across 1040, 1120, 1120-S, and 1065
• Familiarity with state tax filings across multiple jurisdictions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client files simultaneously
• Effective written communication skills for client-facing and internal correspondence
• Experience with Drake tax software preferred
• Confident written and spoken English
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours (night shift, PH-based)
