• • As a Junior User Acquisition Manager at Ruby Labs Ltd., you will play a critical role in driving growth by managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta platforms, directly impacting user acquisition efficiency and ROI for the company’s consumer products in health, education, and entertainment.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include executing and optimizing sales campaigns across Meta, monitoring funnel performance hourly and daily, managing regional budgets and creative sets, conducting A/B tests, analyzing performance data, collaborating with creative teams, and ensuring disciplined campaign execution to meet growth targets.
