  • • 4+ years of experience in user acquisition for subscription-based products (web-web or web-app)
  • • Proven track record of scaling performance marketing campaigns profitably
  • • Hands-on experience managing 7-figure monthly advertising budgets
  • • Advanced skills in campaign analysis, attribution, and optimization using tools like Tableau, Google Ads, and Meta reporting
  • • Strong strategic thinking with data-driven experimentation and ROI-focused mindset
  • • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
  • • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with strong project management abilities
