  • • Lead a team of User Experience (UX) designers to create innovative, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces for complex strategic initiatives across customer, consumer, and employee-facing platforms.
  • • Anticipate operational challenges in UX workflows and implement preventative measures to ensure seamless delivery of design solutions.
  • • Identify gaps in existing UX processes and propose holistic, scalable improvements aligned with industry best practices.
  • • Provide clear, actionable performance feedback to direct reports, fostering growth and accountability within the UX team.
  • • Set work priorities, guide career development, and offer ongoing direction to UX designers to maximize team effectiveness and individual potential.
  • • Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with business stakeholders to align UX strategy with evolving business needs and operating goals.
  • • Oversee day-to-day operations of the UX team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design outputs that meet business and user objectives.
  • • Apply people management and project management expertise to lead the team in delivering best-in-class digital products and services to market.
  • • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand upcoming design requirements and translate them into actionable UX roadmaps.
  • • Leverage data analysis and user experience strategies to inform design decisions and measure the impact of UX initiatives.
  • • Maintain a detail-oriented approach to ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all digital touchpoints.
  • • Foster a culture of innovation by challenging the status quo and encouraging creative problem-solving within the UX team.
  • • Ensure all design work adheres to organizational standards for inclusivity, accessibility, and compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • • Support the implementation of a remote-first work environment by ensuring team members have the necessary tools, connectivity, and dedicated workspace to perform effectively.
  • • Contribute to a company-wide mission of protecting families and their belongings by designing experiences that address real-life uncertainties through technology.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7 or more years of related experience in user experience design
  • • 5 or more years of experience in people management
  • • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • • Proven expertise in UX strategies and user-centered design principles
  • • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and partner with business stakeholders
  • • Strong skills in prioritization, data analysis, and detail-oriented execution

  • • Annual compensation range of $110,000.00 – $181,025.00 based on experience and qualifications
  • • Comprehensive technology setup provided, including laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse
