• • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in dissecting and enhancing the end-to-end user journey on the Binance platform. Your primary focus will be on leveraging data-driven insights and a deep understanding of user behavior to continuously improve our product offerings, optimize user acquisition strategies, drive engagement, and ultimately enhance conversion rates across various user funnels. You will be at the forefront of identifying friction points, uncovering opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that create seamless and rewarding experiences for our diverse user base.
• • Your responsibilities will span across the entire user lifecycle, from initial onboarding and first-time user experience (FTUE) to sustained engagement and retention. You will be tasked with analyzing user flows, identifying drop-off points, and proposing data-backed recommendations for A/B testing and feature enhancements. This involves working closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Data Analysts, and Engineering teams to translate user insights into actionable product improvements and operational optimizations.
• • A key aspect of this role is the meticulous monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. You will be responsible for developing dashboards and reports to track these metrics, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
