  • • The Client Operations Lead at Ingenovis Health plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless client engagement and operational excellence, particularly during high-stakes strike events where timely coordination and clear communication are critical to client satisfaction and business continuity. This role bridges client needs with internal capabilities, driving project success through meticulous planning, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • • Day to day, the Client Operations Lead will oversee and track daily project progress using Smartsheet and Teams, providing detailed updates to stakeholders; manage and ensure the accuracy of client data across Bullhorn, Power BI, and Quickbase platforms; organize and facilitate internal and external meetings, documenting summaries, agreements, and action items; maintain camera-ready professionalism during virtual client meetings, leading calls, sharing screens, and facilitating discussions with clarity and confidence; collaborate with business stakeholders, the Operations Supervisor, and VP of Operations to ensure project milestones and tasks are completed on time; coordinate with offshore teams for job creation and updates, leading training calls and conducting follow-up audits to maintain quality and consistency; work closely with external clients and internal teams including recruitment, credentialing, logistics, and transportation to support decisions and ensure team responsibilities are met; analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance systems and operations, resolving pain points and increasing efficiency; maintain clear and accurate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other operational documents for reference and training purposes; and perform additional duties as requested by management to support evolving business needs.

  • • In this role, the individual will develop advanced proficiency in operational project management, data coordination across enterprise platforms, and client-facing communication in high-pressure environments. They will gain deep exposure to healthcare staffing workflows, refine their ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, and build expertise in process optimization and SOP development—positioning them for growth into senior operations, program management, or client leadership roles within the organization or industry.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven ability to organize tasks effectively and manage time to meet performance goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • • Strong decision-making abilities, including the capability to interpret and apply written policies and procedures with tact, discretion, and independent judgment.
  • • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders professionally, including being camera-ready for virtual meetings and leading calls with screen sharing.
  • • Solid technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and Smartsheet, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI, DocuSign, QuickBase, Bullhorn, SharePoint, and Teams considered a plus.
  • • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, although relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree; previous experience in healthcare or staffing environments is preferred, and experience in project coordination or management is essential.
  • • High attention to detail and accuracy, strong interpersonal skills for handling sensitive and confidential matters, and the ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations such as strike events.
