• • As a UX Designer at PAR Technology Corporation, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our restaurant technology solutions by translating deep user understanding into intuitive, engaging, and innovative designs. • • A significant part of your contribution will involve designing for complex product areas. This includes, but is not limited to, intricate dashboards that provide actionable insights, challenging configuration flows that allow for granular control, robust permission systems that ensure security, and user management tools that streamline operations. You will navigate these complexities, aiming to simplify them into clear, intuitive experiences.
• • You will be expected to work within and thoughtfully extend our existing design systems. This ensures consistency and scalability across our product offerings while allowing for innovation and adaptation to new feature requirements and user needs. • • You will act as a champion for best practices in UX and accessibility throughout the organization. This includes mentoring peers, sharing your expertise, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and creative problem-solving.
