UX Designer Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Senior User Experience Designer - Manager at Dataiku, you will lead UX strategy and execution for the Data Science Platform, focusing on model and agent interfaces, governance, and monitoring experiences. You will inspire change across product development by delivering compelling presentations and driving user-centered design practices.
• • Day to day, you will design and run concept validation studies, research user behaviors, translate insights into wireframes and prototypes, negotiate designs with cross-functional partners, maintain style guides, and manage two senior designers in their daily activities while contributing to the evolution of Dataiku’s in-house design language.
• • You will join a multidisciplinary team of Data Scientists, Developers, UX Designers, researchers, and Product Managers in Paris and remote locations, working to build the most ergonomic and powerful Data Science platform that serves both citizen data scientists and advanced analytics practitioners.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-driven product design, strengthen leadership and stakeholder communication skills, and shape the user experience of enterprise AI tools used by global organizations to drive measurable business value.
