- • As a UX Lead at Ruby Labs Ltd., you will take full ownership of user experience, design quality, and user journeys across a high-growth D2C product used by hundreds of thousands of customers globally, directly influencing product growth, retention, activation, and monetization by transforming UX from a weak point into a core competitive advantage and measurable growth lever.
- • You will define and enforce a scalable design system (even when implemented directly in frontend), lead and manage designers and frontend engineers involved in UI/UX work, establish structured UX research practices including defining priorities, conducting surveys and interviews, and extracting actionable insights, while turning data into decisions by analyzing product analytics (Mixpanel, Clarity, etc.), identifying friction points, defining hypotheses, and proactively requesting new analytics needs with the data team to continuously improve the end-to-end user journey from acquisition to retention.
- • You will work closely with Product and Growth teams to design and optimize funnels, onboarding, and monetization flows, ensuring UX is not a support function but a strategic driver of business performance in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where design systems and research frameworks are built from the ground up.

- • In this role, you will build the design and research foundation for multiple products, define how UX drives growth and monetization at scale, work directly with product leadership to influence key decisions, and develop expertise in turning qualitative and quantitative insights into scalable, data-informed design systems that directly impact conversion, retention, and user behavior in real-world products.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, preferably in D2C, SaaS, or consumer digital products, with proven ability to lead or manage designers and define/maintain a consistent, high-quality design system.
- • Strong ability to conduct and synthesize both qualitative and quantitative UX research, including designing and running user interviews, surveys, and research frameworks, and turning insights into clear product decisions.
- • Proficiency in analyzing product analytics independently using tools like Mixpanel, Clarity, or similar, with the ability to identify patterns, define hypotheses, identify friction points, and request deeper analysis from data teams to inform data-driven UX decisions.
