UX Researcher

📋 Description

• • As a UX Researcher at FundraiseUp Inc., you will play a critical role in shaping high-trust donation and fundraising experiences that empower nonprofits to grow their impact globally. Your work will directly influence product decisions by uncovering user needs across both donor-facing (B2C) and nonprofit-facing (B2B) contexts, ensuring that research drives actionable insights and ethical, user-centered design.
• • Day to day, you will take research initiatives from quarterly planning through end-to-end execution: defining briefs, selecting appropriate methodologies (interviews, usability tests, surveys, desk research, etc.), managing logistics, conducting sessions, analyzing data, synthesizing findings, and presenting clear recommendations with supporting evidence. You will also monitor product analytics, collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, CS, Support, Marketing, Analytics) to turn hypotheses into research questions, and maintain an internal research radar to avoid duplication and blind spots.
• • You will join a distributed product team of 160+ professionals spanning Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus, operating with a flat structure that values collaboration, strong engineering practices, and a product mindset. FundraiseUp is a trusted global platform powering tens of millions in monthly donations for leading nonprofits like UNICEF and the Alzheimer’s Association, recognized for innovation in conversion, accessibility, and performance.
