UX Researcher

📋 Description

• • As a UX Researcher at FundraiseUp Inc., you will play a critical role in shaping high-trust donation and fundraising experiences that empower nonprofits to grow their impact globally. Your work will directly influence product decisions by uncovering user needs across both donor-facing (B2C) and nonprofit-facing (B2B) contexts.
• • Day to day, you will lead research initiatives from start to finish: interpreting briefs, selecting appropriate methods (interviews, usability tests, surveys, etc.), managing logistics, conducting sessions, analyzing data, synthesizing findings, and presenting actionable insights to cross-functional teams. You will also monitor product analytics, collaborate with analysts to form hypotheses, and maintain an internal research radar to avoid blind spots.
• • You will join a distributed product team of 160+ professionals spanning Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus. Despite the team’s scale, FundraiseUp operates with a focused, collaborative culture where every voice is heard, engineering practices are strong, and a product mindset drives decision-making.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in end-to-end research execution, cross-functional influence, and ethical UX practices. You’ll gain exposure to global nonprofit sectors, work with advanced analytics and AI-assisted research tools, and contribute to a product used by leading organizations like UNICEF and the Alzheimer’s Association—advancing both your craft and impact in meaningful ways.
