UX/UI Designer

📋 Description

• • UX/UI Designer responsible for creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms, ensuring products balance user needs with business goals through the full design lifecycle.
• • Day-to-day activities include conducting user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests), translating insights into personas and journey maps, building wireframes and prototypes in Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch, designing polished interfaces with attention to layout and typography, maintaining design systems and style guides, ensuring WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, collaborating with product managers and engineers for handoff via Zeplin or Figma Dev Mode, running A/B tests, and iterating designs based on feedback.
