- • As a UX/UI Designer at Orcrist Technologies Inc., you will play a crucial role in shaping intuitive and engaging user experiences for data-driven B2B applications, directly impacting how customers understand and adopt complex products in business intelligence, supply chain, and financial sectors.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research and usability testing, creating and maintaining design systems, developing wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, defining user flows and interaction patterns, collaborating with developers and product managers, and driving design innovation through prototyping and trend analysis.
- • Orcrist Technologies Inc. is a fully remote, dynamic software engineering agency specializing in data-driven solutions for clients, with a focus on product development and engineering excellence, empowering businesses to leverage technology and data strategically.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in designing for complex enterprise systems, strengthen your ability to connect design decisions with product metrics, and grow as a autonomous, proactive designer influencing product direction in a remote-first, international environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 5 years of UI/UX design experience with complex digital products such as business intelligence platforms, supply chain management systems, financial applications, or enterprise SaaS applications
- • Proficiency in Figma and experience with collaborative tools like Miro and Jira
- • Full professional fluency in English (C1+); German language skills are a plus but not mandatory
- • Basic understanding of web development technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- • Proven ability to manage workload independently in a remote setting and prioritize tasks effectively
