UX/UI Designer, Senior - Remote Canada

📋 Description

• • As a Senior UX/UI Designer at Smile Digital Health, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s mission of #BetterGlobalHealth by designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces for its FHIR-based health data platform used across 20+ countries.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research, interviews, and surveys; translating insights into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes; collaborating closely with front-end development teams on Clinical Reasoning solutions and Next Generation designs; and maintaining and evolving the in-house UX Style Framework to ensure consistent application across all projects.
• • You will join an established UX/UI team within a fast-growing health tech innovator recognized as #19 on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 Ranking for 2024, where your work directly impacts how healthcare stakeholders collect, exchange, and manage structured data to improve care delivery.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare UX, lead design initiatives from concept to implementation, influence cross-functional collaboration between design and engineering, and contribute to scalable design systems that support global health outcomes.
