- • As UXR Operations Lead at Harvey AI Inc., you will build the operational backbone of the user research function, enabling faster, higher-quality insights that directly shape AI-powered legal technology products.
- • Day to day, you will design and implement end-to-end research workflows, manage participant recruitment and panels, oversee the research tech stack (including AI-powered tools), create templates and documentation, and establish metrics and reporting systems to improve team velocity and institutional memory.
- • You will join a fast-moving, mission-driven team at Harvey AI, a company transforming legal and professional services through frontier agentic AI, with 1500+ customers across 60+ countries and strong product-market fit, operating with intensity and a commitment to decisiveness, simplicity, and continuous improvement.
- • In this role, you will co-create research tooling, streamline cross-functional processes between research, design, product, and GTM, and gain deep experience scaling research operations in a high-growth AI environment, positioning you to lead research enablement at the forefront of AI innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in operations, program management, or a similar role supporting design, research, or product teams in a technology environment
- • Demonstrated ability to build processes and systems from scratch in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- • Strong cross-functional communicator with a track record of partnering effectively with creative, technical, and business stakeholders
- • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (Notion, Dovetail, etc.) with a systems-thinking approach
