- • As a UX/UI Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our cutting-edge digital products, ensuring they are not only functional but also intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically superior.
- • Take ownership of the entire design lifecycle, from the nascent stages of concept development and ideation, through rigorous research and validation, to the meticulous creation of final, implementable designs.
- • Dive deep into user research methodologies, employing a variety of techniques to gather critical insights, understand user behaviors, pain points, and aspirations, and use this data to rigorously inform and validate all design decisions.
- • Translate complex user needs and business requirements into clear, actionable design artifacts, including detailed wireframes that map out structure and flow, interactive prototypes that simulate user journeys, and compelling visual designs that articulate the aesthetic direction.
- • Craft intuitive, visually appealing, and highly functional user interfaces for both web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for our diverse user base.
- • Foster a spirit of close collaboration, working hand-in-hand with product managers to define product vision and strategy, and partnering with development teams to ensure designs are translated into high-quality, functional products with fidelity.
- • Champion user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization, acting as a vocal advocate for the user and ensuring their needs are at the forefront of every product decision.
- • Conduct thorough usability testing sessions, actively seeking and analyzing user feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive iterative enhancements to the design.
- • Stay at the cutting edge of the rapidly evolving web3 and design landscapes, continuously researching industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative design tools to refine our processes and deliver groundbreaking solutions.
- • Potentially mentor and coach junior designers, sharing your expertise, providing constructive feedback, and supporting their professional development within the team.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a demonstrable focus on the Web3 industry and a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- • Proven ability to lead end-to-end design processes for digital products, from initial concept to final implementation, and experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing).
- • Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Marvel, or Framer.
- • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, interaction design, and usability best practices, with a keen eye for visual design, aesthetics, typography, and composition.
- • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and user-friendly design solutions.
- • Good understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their implications on design implementation, enabling effective collaboration with developers.
- • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts, rationale, and decisions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user data to inform design decisions.
- • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is highly preferred.
