- • Manage a high-volume caseload of over 100 active personal injury clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all client communications.
- • Conduct approximately 45–50 phone calls per week and handle over 200 emails/messages weekly to ensure consistent follow-up based on the stage of each case.
- • Collect, verify, and document comprehensive personal, medical, and insurance information required for case progression.
- • Verify the accuracy of financial data including medical costs, out-of-pocket expenses, and insurance payments to ensure precise financial reporting.
- • Prepare complete and accurate demand packages for attorney review, incorporating all necessary documentation and financial verification.
- • Adjust demand packages according to attorney direction and insurance coverage limits to align with legal and financial parameters.
- • Submit approved demand packages to insurance adjusters in a timely manner to advance case resolution.
- • Communicate directly with insurance adjusters regarding coverage details, liability assessments, and demand submission status.
- • Draft legal documents including Letters of Protection and other case-related correspondence.
- • Utilize case management software such as Filevine, Clio, or Mycase to maintain accurate, up-to-date case records and track case milestones.
- • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive client information.
- • Follow structured, established processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and quality across all case management tasks.
- • Work independently with a self-driven mindset while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- • Remain calm, focused, and consistent under high-pressure situations to support positive client outcomes in complex legal processes.
- • Ensure all documentation meets organizational and legal standards with exceptional attention to detail.
- • Operate within a fixed 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST/EDT schedule, delivering reliable, structured daily performance.
- • Communicate fluently in both written and spoken English; proficiency in Spanish is required for client interactions.
- • Maintain accurate records and ensure all case-related actions are documented in accordance with internal protocols and regulatory expectations.
