- • Deliver impactful project results and build trusted client relationships with federal health clients such as CMS to improve health outcomes and reduce costs through person-centered care
- • Contribute to highly complex, multi-year awards and task orders focused on achieving high-quality, affordable, person-centered care
- • Support the planning, development, and implementation of audit and compliance programs for federal health initiatives
- • Execute business process controls reviews on large and complex programs to identify operational vulnerabilities and risks
- • Support learning and stakeholder communication activities including designing and delivering webinars, webcasts, and educational materials
- • Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats, including drafting requests for information and completing review documentation
- • Contribute to task order proposal responses to support business growth and expansion of the federal health portfolio
- • Work collaboratively on interdisciplinary teams within a highly matrixed organizational environment
- • Apply expertise in alternative payment models, healthcare quality measurement, and value-based care frameworks to solve complex client challenges
- • Ensure compliance with federal regulations and standards while supporting the transition to value-based care models
- • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to maintain expertise in evolving federal health policy and payment systems
- • Support the growth of Guidehouse’s existing health portfolio through strategic input, client engagement, and project execution
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in health policy, health economics, health services research, epidemiology, public health, or a health/policy-related field
- • 4 years of relevant industry, research, or consulting experience (excluding internships, co-ops, fellowships, and academic research)
- • Direct experience supporting public health-focused federal agencies or health systems
- • Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance (requires U.S. citizenship)
- • Ability to work effectively on interdisciplinary teams in a highly matrixed environment
