📋 Description

• The Venture Manager role at Almedia Inc. is a high-impact, entrepreneurial position designed for driven individuals who want to accelerate their careers by leading strategic projects from inception to execution. • Day to day, the Venture Manager will own and lead high-priority projects in the APAC region from start to finish, support business development initiatives with the CEO and country managers, develop a holistic understanding of the business across user acquisition, product development, and operations, facilitate cross-departmental coordination to align teams on goals and timelines, and identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in project management, operations, user acquisition, business development, or business strategy roles
• Ability to lead and execute projects independently with alignment to strategic objectives
• Strong business acumen with understanding of business operations, product development, and user acquisition
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating across departments and with leadership
• Analytical mindset capable of extracting insights from data to inform strategic decisions
• Fluency in English and Korean
