📋 Description

• As a Venture Manager at Almedia Inc., you will own high-priority projects in the APAC region from start to finish, driving business development and operational efficiency in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where your impact accelerates your career growth.
• Day to day, you will lead project execution, support business development initiatives with the CEO and country managers, facilitate cross-departmental coordination, analyze business operations to identify optimization opportunities, and develop a comprehensive understanding of user acquisition, product development, and market expansion strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in project management, operations, user acquisition, business development, or business strategy roles
• Ability to lead and execute projects independently with alignment to strategic objectives
• Strong business acumen with understanding of business operations, product development, and user acquisition
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating across departments and with leadership
• Analytical mindset capable of extracting insights from data to inform strategic decisions
• Fluency in English and Japanese
