📋 Description

• As a Venture Manager at Almedia Inc., you will work directly with the leadership team to lead and build large-scale strategic projects from the ground up, playing a pivotal role in accelerating the company’s mission to become Germany’s second bootstrapped unicorn.
• You will own high-priority projects in the APAC region from inception to execution, support business development initiatives with the CEO and country managers, develop a deep cross-functional understanding of the business, facilitate coordination across departments, and drive operational efficiency improvements.

• Experience in project management, operations, user acquisition, business development, or business strategy roles

• Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental and leadership collaboration
• Analytical mindset with ability to extract insights from data and make strategic decisions
