Vertical Director, Software Engineering

• • As Vertical Director of Software Engineering at Fullsteam Operations, LLC, you will lead engineering strategy and execution across two distinct Business Units, ensuring technical vision aligns with company objectives and market opportunities while driving operational excellence at the vertical level.
• • Day to day, you will drive technical vision and delivery strategy, lead DevOps transformation across the Vertical, own the software security roadmap, partner with Product Management on quarterly Program Increments (PIs), collaborate on the annual technical roadmap, mentor and scale engineering teams, collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Experience, and Sales, and define and monitor KPIs for code quality, system uptime, deployment frequency, and security posture.
