- • Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact for veterinary clinics undergoing implementation of Vetcove’s procurement marketplace, home delivery ecommerce platform, and practice management system
- • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for large-scale clinic implementations, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are completed on schedule
- • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps to align internal teams and external partners on expectations, dependencies, and launch dates
- • Coordinate cross-functionally between engineering, product, and business teams to translate clinic needs into technical requirements and implementation workflows
- • Communicate regular progress updates to clinic stakeholders, executives, and leadership teams with clarity and consistency
- • Assign tasks to internal team members based on individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels to optimize project execution
- • Identify and resolve obstacles that impede project progress, taking ownership of clearing roadblocks across departments
- • Collaborate with clinic leadership to define success metrics, prioritize incoming project requests, and align implementation goals with business outcomes
- • Ensure seamless integration of Vetcove’s platforms with third-party systems used by veterinary practices
- • Maintain meticulous attention to detail when documenting processes, tracking deliverables, and managing project documentation
- • Travel to veterinary clinics across the United States to support on-site implementation, training, and relationship building
- • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple concurrent client implementations
- • Translate business goals into actionable project priorities and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure feedback is incorporated and service levels are consistently met
- • Uphold Vetcove’s mission by ensuring every implementation enhances the veterinary care experience for pets and their owners
🎯 Requirements
- • Must have previous experience working directly in a veterinary clinic OR working directly with clinics implementing new veterinary software
- • Experience managing projects involving partnership development, third-party integrations, and new product launches
- • Excellent organization and time management skills
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- • Experience building project roadmaps, plans, and timelines with strong attention to detail
- • Experience working effectively in a heavily cross-functional, fast-paced environment
