📋 Description
- • The Vice President, Accounting will lead worldwide accounting operations at JumpCloud, a high-growth SaaS company in the identity and security space preparing for IPO readiness.
- • This role oversees Accounting, Revenue Accounting, Tax, Payroll, and Billing & Collections, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and scalability as the company scales globally.
- • The position partners closely with FP&A, Legal, IT, and external auditors to drive operational excellence and support strategic financial objectives.
- • The individual will bring deep technical accounting expertise and strategic leadership to strengthen financial controls, optimize processes, and prepare the organization for public company reporting standards.
🎯 Requirements
- • CPA certification or equivalent professional accounting qualification
- • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public company or pre-IPO experience
- • Expertise in revenue recognition (ASC 606), tax compliance, payroll processing, and financial close processes
