- • The Vice President, Enterprise AI Transformation is a senior leadership role responsible for accelerating enterprise-wide AI ideation, development, and execution of high-value use cases aligned with CareSource’s strategic objectives, directly contributing to administrative cost reduction, medical loss ratio improvement, and revenue growth.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with senior business executives to identify and refine AI use cases, translating business problems into execution-ready AI initiatives, driving speed to value through standardized AI patterns and playbooks, leading AI enablement across verticals with AI champions and pod teams, establishing repeatable AI pod execution models, ensuring consistent adoption of AI tools and platforms, serving as a trusted AI execution partner, driving AI literacy and adoption in collaboration with HR and functional leaders, and advocating for AI-first ways of working across the enterprise.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- • Ten (10) years of related Operations or Information Technology experience required
- • Seven (7) years of management experience required
- • Hands-on experience with AI/ML adoption, AI product management, or implementation of enterprise AI solutions preferred
- • Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or transformation initiatives preferred
- • Experience driving technology adoption and organizational change at scale preferred
