📋 Description

• • Lead the development and execution of OraSure Technologies’ comprehensive investor relations strategy to effectively communicate the company’s financial performance, short-term objectives, and long-term strategic vision to the investment community.
• • Manage ongoing relationships with sell-side analysts and institutional investors through quarterly earnings cycles, conference calls, and targeted outreach initiatives.
• • Plan and coordinate non-deal roadshows, investor conferences, and other corporate marketing activities designed to enhance shareholder engagement and broaden investor awareness of the company’s value proposition.
• • Serve as the primary point of contact for current and prospective shareholders, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of corporate information and responses to investor inquiries.
• • Conduct in-depth financial analyses to support investor communications, including preparation of earnings materials, presentation decks, and investor FAQs aligned with SEC disclosure requirements.
• • Act as a designated spokesperson for the company when requested by the CEO or CFO, representing OraSure Technologies in public forums, investor meetings, and media interactions.
• • Collaborate closely with the CFO and finance team to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial messaging across all investor-facing platforms and disclosures.
• • Monitor market sentiment, peer company activities, and analyst coverage to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that may impact investor perception and stock performance.
• • Maintain up-to-date investor databases and tracking systems to manage communication history, ownership changes, and engagement metrics across the shareholder base.
• • Ensure all investor communications comply with Regulation FD and other applicable securities laws and regulations.
• • Support the preparation and filing of SEC documents including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, working in coordination with legal and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• • Coordinate with internal teams including corporate communications, legal, and investor relations vendors to align messaging and execution across all public-facing investor materials.
• • Proactively identify and address potential investor concerns or misconceptions regarding the company’s technology portfolio, including OraQuick® rapid diagnostics, molecular sampling kits, and oral fluid laboratory tests.
• • Build and maintain strong relationships with research analysts covering OraSure Technologies and its peers to foster accurate and favorable coverage in the financial media.
• • Track and analyze investor feedback to inform strategic decision-making and refine the company’s narrative for maximum clarity and impact.
• • Represent the company at industry events and investor forums to strengthen OraSure’s visibility and credibility within the healthcare diagnostics and life sciences investment community.
