  • • Own and evolve the end-to-end Go-To-Market strategy across all channels to drive scalable, repeatable growth for a B2B SaaS platform targeting developers, platform engineers, and CTOs.
  • • Design, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns spanning digital advertising, content, SEO, partnerships, events, and product-led growth initiatives to generate high-quality, conversion-ready sales pipeline.
  • • Build and refine WunderGraph’s brand messaging and positioning to establish the company as a category leader in API development tools, ensuring clarity, credibility, and top-of-mind awareness across developer communities and industry media.
  • • Run rapid experimentation across the marketing funnel to identify high-impact channels, messages, and tactics—testing hypotheses, iterating quickly, and scaling what works while eliminating underperforming efforts.
  • • Implement and manage the full marketing tech stack including Salesforce, Koala, ActiveCampaign, analytics platforms, and automation tools to track performance, attribute revenue, and optimize ROI.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align messaging, share insights, and ensure marketing initiatives directly support revenue goals and product adoption.
  • • Lead thought leadership initiatives including technical blogs, webinars, conference speaking engagements, and community outreach to position WunderGraph as a trusted voice in the developer tooling space.
  • • Develop, scale, and manage a high-performing marketing team from inception, recruiting talent and building processes that support consistent execution as the company scales.
  • • Define and track core marketing metrics including CAC, LTV, SQLs, pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and campaign ROI to ensure data-driven decision-making and accountability for revenue impact.
  • • Shape and refine the customer journey from awareness to conversion by optimizing landing pages, nurture sequences, lead scoring, and handoff processes to Sales with precision.
  • • Maintain deep understanding of enterprise software markets, API ecosystems, and developer behavior to tailor campaigns and messaging that resonate with technical buyer personas.
  • • Act as a strategic partner to the CCO and Founders, ensuring marketing is not a reactive function but a core driver of company trajectory, product strategy, and business growth.
  • • Work in a fully remote, distributed environment with global overlap requirements, demonstrating autonomy, initiative, and strong communication across time zones.
  • • Take ownership of day-to-day execution while maintaining a strategic lens: from writing campaign copy to analyzing funnel data to coaching team members—all with a bias for action.
  • • Cultivate a culture of innovation and experimentation within marketing, encouraging testing, learning from failure, and institutionalizing best practices that compound over time.
  • • Represent WunderGraph externally through public speaking, media interactions, and community engagement to amplify brand visibility and credibility among developer audiences.
  • • Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with WunderGraph’s Core Beliefs: transparency, ownership, simplicity, and building the company everyone wants to work for.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record of growth or marketing leadership in fast-growing B2B SaaS, preferably in dev-first or developer tool environments
  • • Deep understanding of enterprise software markets, API platforms, and technical buyer personas
  • • Hands-on experience running data-driven campaigns that directly drove pipeline and revenue
  • • Fluency in full GTM stack: paid channels, SEO, ABM, PLG, email automation, and analytics tools
  • • Strong sales exposure and understanding of revenue cycles, deal dynamics, and quota attainment
  • • Experience leading and scaling a marketing team from a small group to a high-performing function
