  • • As Vice President of Product Marketing at Cyara Inc., you will lead the strategic positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for the company’s AI-powered customer experience assurance platform, directly influencing how the world’s leading brands understand and adopt Cyara’s solutions to eliminate bad customer experiences at scale.
  • • You will own the end-to-end product marketing lifecycle—from market and competitive analysis to launch planning, sales enablement, and performance measurement—ensuring Cyara’s innovations in voice, digital, messaging, and conversational AI testing are clearly differentiated and compellingly communicated to enterprise buyers, analysts, and partners.
  • • You will partner closely with product, sales, and executive leadership to define target customer segments, refine value propositions, and build scalable frameworks that accelerate pipeline generation and revenue growth across global markets.
  • • You will develop and oversee the creation of high-impact marketing assets including product positioning frameworks, battle cards, demo scripts, webinars, whitepapers, case studies, and sales playbooks that equip global teams to articulate Cyara’s unique value in AI governance, trust validation, and continuous assurance.
  • • You will lead market intelligence efforts, analyzing trends in agentic AI, CX automation, and enterprise risk to inform product roadmap priorities and ensure Cyara remains ahead of evolving customer needs and competitive threats.
  • • You will build, mentor, and manage a high-performing product marketing team, fostering a culture of curiosity, accountability, and excellence aligned with Cyara’s core values of Delivering Excellence, Innovating Boldly, Integrity First, and Embracing Curiosity.
  • • You will represent Cyara externally at industry events, analyst briefings, and customer forums, serving as a thought leader in AI-powered CX assurance and helping shape the narrative around trustworthy, compliant, and high-performing AI customer interactions.
  • • You will work with the broader marketing organization to integrate product messaging into demand generation, ABM, and content strategies, ensuring consistent and powerful storytelling across all customer touchpoints.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years of progressive product marketing experience in B2B enterprise technology, with a proven track record in launching and scaling complex software platforms, preferably in AI, CX, observability, or telecommunications domains.
  • • Deep expertise in crafting differentiated positioning and messaging for technical products sold to enterprise buyers (CIOs, CTOs, VPs of CX, IT, and Customer Service), including experience with AI/ML-driven solutions and associated trust, risk, and compliance considerations.
  • • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing product marketing teams, including hiring, coaching, and developing talent in fast-growing, global organizations.
  • • Strong analytical skills with experience using market intelligence, win/loss analysis, and product usage data to inform strategy and measure marketing effectiveness.
  • • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences including executives, sales teams, analysts, and customers.
  • • Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and engineering teams to align go-to-market efforts and drive revenue outcomes.
