📋 Description

• As Vice President of Revenue Operations & Strategy at Avanath Capital Management, LLC, you will lead the formulation and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategy, aligning revenue operations with long-term company goals and serving as the CFO’s primary analytical partner on revenue performance.
• You will own the GTM data model as the single source of truth for pipeline, bookings, ARR, retention, and expansion; drive annual GTM planning including capacity, quota, territory design, and headcount; and deliver executive-ready insights and board materials that connect operational performance to financial outcomes.
• You will lead and develop a team of operations managers and analysts across all functional pillars, champion process discipline and data quality, and own GTM tech stack strategy including evaluation, consolidation, and vendor management in partnership with IT, Finance, and Procurement.
• You will work within Momentive Software, a mission-driven organization amplifying the impact of over 20,000 purpose-driven organizations globally, where your work will directly contribute to helping nonprofits and associations grow revenue, simplify operations, and deepen community engagement through reliable, innovative cloud-based solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy, or related roles within a SaaS or high-growth tech environment
• Proven experience leading and scaling high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, churn, pipeline coverage, etc.)
• Demonstrated success in building forecasting models and driving revenue predictability
• Deep experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and GTM tech stacks
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
