  • • **Performance Measurement and Market Leadership:**
  • • Establish, implement, and diligently monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to accurately measure the success and financial impact of all strategic partnerships. This includes leading comprehensive quarterly performance reviews with key partners.
  • • Provide regular, insightful reporting to senior leadership and the Board of Directors, detailing partnership achievements, identifying potential risks, and highlighting emerging strategic opportunities.
