Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the future of Canadian healthcare distribution as Felix’s first VP of Partnerships. You will architect and execute a bold, multi-channel partnership strategy that turns Felix from a fast-growing start-up into the default digital front door for everyday health. Your deals will determine how millions of Canadians discover, access and stay with Felix across weight loss, birth control, menopause, ED, acne and beyond.
- • Build and lead a high-impact partnerships function from 0 → 1. Define the vision, org structure, OKRs and quarterly roadmap; hire and coach a lean, world-class team; establish repeatable playbooks for sourcing, negotiating, closing and scaling every type of alliance—pharmacy chains, insurers, benefits platforms, consumer apps, employers, telehealth aggregators and emerging wellness brands.
- • Source and close transformational, high-value agreements that unlock net-new patient acquisition at scale. You will personally quarterback 7- and 8-figure enterprise contracts end-to-end—from first pitch to redlines to C-suite sign-off—while balancing short-term revenue with long-term strategic moats.
- • Create defensible distribution channels that compound over time. Design co-branded patient journeys, embedded pharmacy workflows, API integrations and white-label offerings that make Felix the invisible engine powering partners’ digital health experiences.
- • Serve as the executive sponsor and single point of accountability for Felix’s top 10 partnerships. Build trust at the CEO/COO/CRO level, run quarterly business reviews, negotiate renewals and expansion scopes, and ensure every partner meets or exceeds joint KPIs for patient growth, retention and NPS.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to turn signed contracts into living, revenue-generating programs. Work with Product to scope integration requirements, with Marketing to launch co-branded campaigns, with Clinical to ensure safe hand-offs, with Data to instrument performance dashboards, and with Finance to model LTV and margin impact.
- • Continuously refine the partnership thesis using real-world data. Monitor funnel metrics, market signals and competitive moves; run A/B tests on positioning, incentive structures and onboarding flows; sunset underperformers and double-down on breakout channels.
- • Champion an inclusive, high-ownership culture. Model transparent communication, radical candor and bias-to-action; mentor rising stars; ensure every teammate—regardless of background—has equitable access to stretch opportunities and executive visibility.
- • Represent Felix externally as a thought leader. Speak at industry conferences, publish joint whitepapers with partners, and cultivate a personal brand that opens doors and attracts top-tier deal flow.
- • Thrive in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment where priorities can shift overnight. You are comfortable with ambiguity, energized by white-space, and motivated by the chance to leave a lasting imprint on Canadian healthcare.
