📋 Description

• • As Vice President, Sales at Computer Systems, Inc., you will drive strategic revenue growth by selling CSI Core Solutions into complex, multi-stakeholder banking organizations, expanding CSI’s reach into new growth markets while maintaining its strong commitment to community banks and credit unions.
• • You will own and consistently exceed annual sales targets by building and closing a strong pipeline of net-new multi-stakeholder banking prospects, develop and execute integrated territory account plans, and build, deepen, and sustain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders to support long-term customer success and retention.
• • CSI is a forward-thinking software provider with a 60-year track record of personalized service, helping community and regional financial institutions solve customer needs through open and flexible technologies, including award-winning core banking platforms, lending, digital banking, payments, financial crime prevention, and cybersecurity solutions.
• • In this role, you will translate prospect priorities into winning proposals and commercial outcomes, master complex sales cycles, communicate CSI’s value proposition through executive-ready proposals, collaborate across Product, Marketing, Legal, and Implementations to advance deals, and maintain accountability for understanding and communicating fintech and banking industry trends to strengthen competitive positioning.
