- • Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles with commercial-stage biotech companies, owning accounts from cold outreach through deal closure.
- • Drive strategic sales initiatives targeting the biotech vertical, focusing on AI-driven patient engagement solutions including patient support programs, specialty drug adherence, rare disease navigation, and clinical trial recruitment.
- • Build and present ROI frameworks and consultative business cases to biotech buyers using an analytical, structuring-forward approach to justify SaaS and AI solution investments.
- • Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline with accurate forecasting and high-fidelity CRM hygiene to support company growth targets through 2027.
- • Represent Hippocratic AI at biotech conferences, investor days, and industry events to cultivate executive relationships and generate new pipeline.
- • Partner closely with Product, Clinical, and Machine Learning teams to align sales strategy with technical capabilities and customer use cases in healthcare AI.
- • Operate as a field-first, hunter sales leader with full ownership of quota attainment and account development in a high-growth, regulated healthcare technology environment.
- • Travel 20–40% within the United States to meet with biotech clients, attend industry events, and support strategic sales initiatives.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, expansion, and long-term adoption of Hippocratic AI’s Polaris LLM platform.
- • Translate complex AI capabilities into compelling commercial value propositions for non-technical biotech stakeholders including commercial leaders, medical affairs, and patient access teams.
- • Uphold the company’s mission of safety-first AI by ensuring all sales engagements prioritize patient-centered outcomes, ethical deployment, and regulatory alignment.
- • Maintain deep understanding of biotech commercial landscapes, including drug launch timelines, patient support program structures, and clinical trial recruitment challenges.
- • Achieve and exceed annual quota targets of approximately $3M ARR, consistently closing enterprise deals ranging from $500K to $2M+.
- • Serve as a trusted advisor to biotech executives, leveraging intellectual curiosity and mission alignment to build long-term partnerships grounded in trust and clinical impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 5 years selling to commercial-stage biotech or specialty pharma
- • Demonstrated track record closing large enterprise deals ($500K–$2M+) with biotech or specialty pharma companies
- • VP-level quota-carrying sales experience with ~$3M ARR per year
- • Experience selling consulting, SaaS, or AI solutions requiring stakeholder alignment and bespoke structuring
- • Strong communication skills to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
