- • Lead sales strategy and execution for assigned channels, primarily serving key strategic partners including Morgan Stanley, UBS, and Stifel.
- • Recruit, train, onboard, and retain financial insurance specialists in alignment with the annual FIC business plan.
- • Manage and grow revenue performance of regional specialists, ensuring year-over-year increases in revenue and firm productivity.
- • Engage in High Net Worth client case management within selective private client office territories.
- • Develop and execute strategic and operating plans for the organization while maintaining a robust risk control environment.
- • Collaborate with operations support teams to meet SLA requirements and achieve high customer satisfaction scores.
- • Stay current on insurance market trends through industry publications, seminars, professional organizations, and broker/carrier relationships.
- • Initiate and coordinate sales promotions and new product launches via monthly/quarterly firm calls and weekly RS sales management.
- • Provide direct leadership, coaching, and direction to sales teams and individual sales teammates.
- • Create and conduct strategic business planning sessions for assigned teams to align on goals and execution.
- • Design and implement sales strategies to improve key sales metrics and achieve or exceed team revenue targets.
- • Monitor and communicate sales performance results across locations and teams.
- • Drive cross-selling of products across other business lines and leverage Advanced Sales tools to increase average premium size.
- • Utilize technology platforms including CRM, DSR, and marketing systems to enhance sales effectiveness.
- • Identify gaps in individual selling skills and product knowledge, and implement targeted development plans.
- • Establish target markets and conduct blitz campaigns, followed by systematic follow-up on marketing initiatives.
- • Build, implement, and manage a high-performing lead generation and referral program.
- • Manage P&L and margin goals for assigned sales units with accountability for profitability.
- • Maintain compliance with FINRA registration requirements, including Series 6 and Series 26.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience
- • Minimum of five years of sales management experience with proven success in business and strategic planning, people leadership, and operations management
- • Significant experience in the insurance industry with proficiency in multiple product lines
- • Demonstrated record of exceeding team sales quotas and leading large sales teams or accounts
- • Must possess and maintain appropriate FINRA registrations (e.g., Series 6 and 26)
- • Strong business acumen and understanding of service-profit chain methodologies
