- • Lead strategic enterprise sales cycles with tier-1 medical device and MedTech companies, owning the full sales process from prospecting to close.
- • Drive revenue growth by closing large-scale deals valued at $1M+ with a proven track record of achieving ~$3M+ ARR annually as a quota-carrying VP-level seller.
- • Partner directly with Product and Clinical teams to align AI-driven patient engagement solutions—such as patient onboarding, device adherence monitoring, and post-procedure support—with MedTech buyer needs.
- • Develop and present structured ROI models and business cases using a consulting-style sales approach to demonstrate value to complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
- • Maintain rigorous pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and disciplined CRM practices to ensure predictable revenue growth and operational excellence.
- • Represent Hippocratic AI at key MedTech industry forums, executive briefings, and major conferences to build pipeline, establish thought leadership, and strengthen brand presence.
- • Navigate complex enterprise sales environments within the medical device sector, engaging with procurement, clinical leadership, legal, compliance, and executive decision-makers.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Product, and Clinical teams to refine go-to-market strategy and tailor solutions for MedTech vertical use cases.
- • Operate as a field-first, hunter sales leader comfortable with cold outreach, account development, and end-to-end deal ownership.
- • Travel 20–40% within the United States to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support strategic account initiatives.
- • Align all commercial activities with Hippocratic AI’s mission of safety-first, patient-centered AI, ensuring ethical deployment and clinical integrity in every sale.
- • Leverage deep understanding of SaaS, AI, or consulting solutions to structure complex deals requiring creative pricing, integration, and implementation frameworks.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with 5+ years selling into medical device or MedTech accounts
- • Demonstrated track record of closing $1M+ enterprise deals in the MedTech or device sector
- • VP-level quota-carrying experience with annual revenue targets of ~$3M+ ARR
- • Experience selling SaaS, AI, or consulting solutions requiring solution design and creative structuring
- • Strong communication skills to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- • Commitment to safety, ethics, and patient-centered outcomes
- • Intellectual curiosity and alignment with Hippocratic AI’s mission
