  • • Vice President, Value Demonstration and Economic Modeling (VDEM) leads a team of interdisciplinary research professionals conducting client studies in the biopharma space, quantifying the value of healthcare interventions through economic modeling and evidence generation.
  • • Day to day responsibilities include setting business strategy, collaborating across business units, providing leadership in evidence-strategy planning and economic modeling, coordinating project prioritization and resource allocation, managing client accounts, building new business opportunities, and mentoring VDEM staff through coaching and career development.
  • • The role operates within Precision Medicine Group’s HEOR (Health Economics and Outcomes Research) team, which serves as a thought leader in the industry, delivering high-quality evidence-strategy planning, real-world evidence, and related services to biopharmaceutical clients globally.
  • • The VP will drive business growth, cultivate key client relationships, oversee talent development, and contribute to methodological excellence while achieving revenue and sales targets through direct client engagement and strategic solution proposals.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10-12+ years of experience, with at least four years in a consulting environment
  • • Postgraduate degree – PhD, MD, or PharmD preferred; Master’s degree in health economics, public policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health with relevant experience
  • • Proven leadership experience in HEOR publications, business development, consulting, or leadership, including expert review and interpretation of data outputs and development of pharmacoeconomic models
