- • The Video & AI Content Creator is a versatile, high-output creative who produces compelling motion-focused content for organic social, paid social, and performance marketing formats from platform-native short-form video and iterative creative variants to polished brand storytelling assets. This role sits at the intersection of traditional video craft, social-first storytelling, and AI-assisted production.
- • Day to day, the person will concept and develop short-form video content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms with strong hooks and pacing; create longer-form storytelling content as needed; generate AI-driven imagery and video using tools like Adobe Firefly, Freepik, Google Flow, and Higgsfield; develop repeatable AI-assisted production workflows to increase volume and reduce turnaround time; evaluate emerging AI tools for adoption; stay ahead of social platform trends and algorithm shifts; and maintain organized project files, asset libraries, and version control.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or equivalent professional experience
- • 3–5 years of professional video editing and content creation experience spanning social-native and traditional advertising formats
- • Portfolio demonstrating range across social-first video, traditional brand or advertising work, and AI-assisted production
- • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects, as well as social-first editing tools like CapCut
- • Hands-on experience with multiple AI image or video generation platforms
