📋 Description

• • As a Video Content Creator on the Customer Education team at Harvey AI Inc., you will play a critical role in helping customers learn how to use and master Harvey’s AI-powered platform through engaging, instructional video content.
• • You will own the end-to-end creation of customer-facing educational videos—from storyboarding and scripting to screen capture, voiceover, editing, and publishing—while maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all content.
• • You will work closely with the Customer Education team and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts in Legal Engineering, Product, and Marketing to ensure technical accuracy and alignment on specialized content.
• • In this role, you will shape the visual voice of Harvey’s customer education experience, drive engagement through creative and scalable video content, and develop expertise in instructional design, AI-assisted production, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
